Grants and sustainability Certification

A development must be verifiably sustainable if it is to qualify for one of the subsidies available from national or local governments. Adamasgroup supports clients in making the right choices to meet all requirements and to demonstrate this by means of one of the recognized sustainability certifications. In this way, we have been able to successfully guide several clients through the various available fiscal incentives by the (local) government.

Sustainability Certifications

Adamas assists you in obtaining a recognized sustainability certificate based on the (inter)nationally acknowledged certification schemes: WELL Building Standard, LEED, BREEAM and/or DNGB. In addition to the complete assistance in the certification for newly built projects, existing properties and land development, Adamas can also do the calculations and studies needed for this. For instance light calculations, MPG- and BENG calculations, drawing up a materials passport and various feasibility studies.

Commissioning

Commissioning ensures the quality and performance of your building installations and structural shell. This takes place from the design phase up to and including commissioning and management. Every decision can have far-reaching consequences. Adamasgroup can help you reach the desired quality and makes the attained performance quantifiable. Additionally, our guidance regularly results in a reduction of construction time as well as lower maintenance and exploitation costs.
