Adamasgroup congratulates GLP for obtaining the BREEAM-NL Excellent certificate for phase 2 of the distribution center. Besides BREEAM, a circular construction method has been applied. For this GLP received a circular subsidy from the RVO.
Some highlights:
- Recycling of water was applied for toilets and irrigation facades.
- Debris from the demolition of the existing building was reused on the site.
- Green facades have been applied with an irrigation system of recycled water.
- Pleasant (daytime) light conditions at workstations.
- The environmental impact of the materials used is at least 60% lower than the reference value. An exceptionally low Environmental Performance Building score due to conscious material choices.
